A special blend of Balaton and Montmorency tart cherries. The wine is like cherry pie in a glass, however the sweetness is balanced by natural fruit acids to keep the finish from being cloying.
Winemaking: Freshly harvested cherries are pressed in a Bucher pneumatic press. Fermentation is moderately cool in stainless steel tanks. Prior to bottling, fresh juice is added back for an extra dimension of fruit and sweetness.
