A blend of Pinot noir and Marechal Foch from our estate vineyards along with Chambourcin and Dechaunac from the Lake Michigan Shore appellation in southern Michigan. The wine has a deep garnet hue and an aroma of dark sweet cherries, oak and vanilla. Soft tannins and a smooth semi dry finish.
Winemaking:
Whole destemmed fruit is macerated in our rotovat for 4-5 days. Malolactic fermentation plus oak aging. Cross-vintage blending for consistency.
