This wine spends 100% of its time in stainless steel to preserve the fresh lemon and lime characteristics that the grape possesses. It has vibrant aromas that jump out of the glass.
NOSE:The 2008 vintage leads with aromas of fresh green apple and bright citrus followed by clean minerality from the Leelanau terroir.
PALATE:The first taste hints toward memories of fresh squeezed lemons. This Pinot Grigio has a medium palate weight followed my a delightfully long finish. This wine is suited to drink alone or to pair with lighter chicken, pork, or seafood dishes.
