This wine spends 100% of its time in stainless steel to preserve the fresh lemon and lime characteristics that the grape possesses. It has vibrant aromas that jump out of the glass.
NOSE:
Swirl your glass, dip your nose in slightly, close your eyes and let your senses take in the ripe pear aromas and bushels of apples complimented by a some lemon zest at the end.
PALATE:
2010 was an incredibly hot vintage which lends to the full bodied nature of this Pinot Grigio. There is a lovely clean, long finish with a hint of minerality derived from the terroir of the vineyard site. A great to wine enjoy alone or with a lighter meal.
