Sleeping Bare Blanc de Blanc NV

Following the announcement by Good Morning America in August 2010 that the Sleeping Bear Dunes was voted the most beautiful place in America, people have been flocking from all corners of the world to experience the natural beauty located in Northern Michigan. Sleeping Bare makes reference to the dunes in a subtle and playful way as seen on the label. Sleeping Bare was produced using the Charmat method to keep the fruit flavors found in Chardonnay up front and present on the nose and palate. This lively wine is certain to stimulate and excite your senses. Our Blanc de Blanc is a fun wine that is ideal as an aperitif as well as mixing in sparkling wine cocktails such as peach Bellini’s.

NOSE: Dip your nose into the glass and you are welcomed by rich yet bright scents of apple with traces of lemon rind zest. After a few moments spent in the glass this wine opens up to showcase aromas of apricots.

PALATE: Sleeping Bare was made in an extra-dry style giving it the perfect level of sweetness on the finish allowing you to drink it alone or to pair it with a variety of cuisine. The wine has layers of apple flavors and toasty notes complimented by a creamy texture with a clean long finish.
