We select fruit from the finest areas of our vineyards and vinify it separately in new French oak barrels. It is handled in the same way as our regular Chardonnay bottling, however it is stirred on the lees for a longer period of time. This extended lees and oak contact, combined with specially selected fruit results in a wine with exceptional depth and richness. Special! $13.25 per bottle/ $135.15 cs.
