Portions of our Pinot Gris vineyard are set at a lighter crop level to ensure extra ripeness and are vinified separately from our main batch. We ferment in stainless steel vats to maintain the great fruit aromas of Pinot Grigio. In the spring, we blend a portion of barrel fermented Chardonnay into the Pinot Grigio to reinforce the backbone of the wine. A lovely wine to serve with seafood and fresh fish.
