We currently have Michigan's largest planting of Pinot Grigio vines. The wine has delicate aromas of honeydew melon and pear. Barrel fermentation in seasoned barrels and partial malolactic fermentation add further complexities to our Pinot Grigio.

Winemaking: Settled cool juice racked to seasoned barrels for fermentation and lees aging. Bottled after cold stabilization. Alcohol 12%, TA 6-6.5gm/L, .5% residual sugar. Retail price $10.25 per bottle/$104.55 cs.
