Our John W. Simpson Sparkling Series honors the man who had the vision to start planting grapes and open Good Harbor Vineyards on the Leelanau Peninsula back in the late 1970s.The Brut is produced from Grüner Veltliner and created using the Charmat Method to enhance the varietal character is preserved in the process and the light pepper finish is in balance with the fruit on the finish.
NOSE: A light essence of citrus rind is present in the aromatic composition of this sparkling wine.
PALATE: This sparkling wine has a lovely mousse with a crisp finish. It begins with light lime citrus and is followed by light white pepper.

When you are in the mood for bubbly, good harbor winery has you covered. I enjoy the Brut to pop off any celebration, but add some juice for your mimosa, if needed, you don’t have to wait for cocktail hour! Always delicious, and a perfect compliment to any party!
