Sparkling Wines

There are four sparkling bottles in The John Simpson Series, an hommage to our founding father. The flexibility of sparkling wines allows them to be used for celebrations after a long day or used in cocktails as a topper to bring life to any specialized drink. We provide a three-pack of our Brut, Blanc de Blanc, and Blanc de Noirs, so you can try all three to determine which one is your favorite. We also provide a Demi-Sec made from 100% Riesling grapes to help provide a sweeter note on the taste while giving the effervescence you’d receive from our other bubbly options.

A dry, crisp, refreshing sparkling with a slightly spicy finish produced from 100% Grüner Veltliner.
