Shipping & Signing for Deliveries
Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped. For personalized orders that include engraving services, shipping times may vary.
All shipments that include wine will require a signature from someone 21 years or older at the time of delivery. To avoid missing deliveries, we recommend having your shipments delivered to a place of work or a UPS pickup location nearest you.
We strongly encourage you to place your orders ahead of major holidays. During the holiday season, please use the guidelines below to avoid service delays and help ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner.
- For arrival by Passover, order by: April 12,2024
- For arrival by Mother's Day, order by: May 5, 2024
- For arrival by Father's Day, order by: June 8, 2024
- For arrival by 4th of July, order by: June 23, 2024
- For arrival by Thanksgiving, order by: November 17, 2024
- For arrival by Hanukkah or Christmas, order by: December 13, 2024
- For arrival by New Year’s, order by: December 18, 2024
Please note, there is no guarantee that orders will be delivered by the specified holiday. The Good Harbor Vineyards Tasting Room is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, The Day After Christmas and New Year’s Day. Please refer to the bottom of our website for seasonal business hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I purchase gift sets in the tasting room and online?
Yes, you may purchase up to five gift sets at the tasting room or through our online store. If you are interested in purchasing more than five gift sets, please contact the Gifting Concierge and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I use my Loyalty Points to purchase a gift set?
No, loyalty points cannot be redeemed for gift sets. However, by purchasing a gift set online or in the tasting room you will earn loyalty points that can be used to purchase flight trios, merchandise, or food items. Learn more about our Loyalty Program and how to earn Loyalty Points.
Do you offer personalization or engraving services?
Coming soon! We will offer engraving services on orders with a minimum of $750. Personalize your gift with a message or company logo etched in gold paint on either the glassware or bottle(s). Membership discounts do not apply.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! Please include your note in the gift message section if purchasing online, or in your email to the Gifting Concierge. A personalized handwritten card will be included in your gift set upon request.
Can you ship directly to multiple recipients?
Yes! Whether you are shipping 10 gifts or 1,000 gifts, our team is here to help with shipping the perfect gift set to your recipients’ doorstep. For orders with multiple shipping addresses please fill out the order form and contact our Gifting Concierge with your details.
Can I customize a gift set?
No, unfortunately wine and merchandise cannot be exchanged or customized at this time. We offer a variety of gift sets and would be happy to discuss which gift set would best suit your needs. Suggestions are always welcome, and we greatly appreciate your feedback.
What happens if the order has shipped, and I need to make a change?
If your wine has left our facility and you need to make a change you must submit your change via UPS My Choice or contact our Gifting Concierge with your request. If UPS is unable to assist you with your request, we will do our best to accommodate you and if any additional costs are incurred you will be charged accordingly.
What happens if the gift recipient misses the delivery and the package is returned to Good Harbor Vineyards?
UPS will attempt to deliver the package on three separate occasions. After the third failed attempt, the order will be returned to the winery. You have the option to have the package held for pick up or reshipped for an additional fee. To avoid missing deliveries, we recommend having your shipments delivered to a place of work or a UPS pickup location nearest you. All shipments that include wine will require a signature from someone 21 years or older at the time of delivery.
