2021 Pinot Blanc
Pinot Blanc is a lesser know grape variety but is a member of the Pinot family. The most well known and widely produced Pinot varieties include Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir. Pinot Blanc is produced in Alsace France, Northern Italy, New York Finger Lakes Region, Washington, and Oregon as well as Northern Michigan. It is a variety that produces lovely aromatics and has delicate levels of acid, which make it an excellent wine to pair with a wide variety of food. This blend is 75% Pinot Blanc and 25% Auxerrois.
NOSE: Dry in style this Pinot Blanc has aromas of pear with hints of lime zest.
PALATE: On the palate you will find bright citrus notes. The medium body and perfect acidity on the finish make this wine ideal to pair with a variety of food.
