A perfect balance of sweet and tart is what Mother Nature has provided for our cherry wine. Our wine is produced from 100% estate grown tart cherries, which gives us complete control of the end product. We have two blocks of Balaton and Montmorency cherries dedicated to our cherry wine production. We allow these cherries to hang two to three weeks longer than the rest of our crop, which allows the natural sugar levels to increase. This produces a natural, bright, refreshing sweet tart cherry wine. It is not thick in texture nor does it have an artificial cherry flavor. If you like fresh cherry pie, you are guaranteed to love our cherry wine.

PALATE: A balance of sweetness up front followed by a perfect tart finish pleases your palate. The sweetness is balanced by natural fruit acids to keep the finish from being cloying. You will wonder how it is possible to put northern Michigan cherry pie into a bottle.
